A contemporary take on classic Alpine elegance, San Cassiano’s historic hotel emerges as a fully-fledged Aman following an extensive renovation. Aman Rosa Alpina is now open, welcoming guests until 12 October 2025, and again for the 2025-26 winter season.
Amanyara celebrates the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean, refined Asian cuisine and the generous, life-giving fare of the Mediterranean. At dinner, the Restaurant’s seasonal menu honours Aman’s Eastern origins, while the Beach Club serves oceanfront lunches, dinners and snacks just steps from the sand. Private dining can be arranged from 7am to 10pm, in-Pavilion, on the beach or anywhere else on the property.

Savour morning coffee with all-embracing ocean views and midday refreshments beneath its soaring ceiling. From mixology masterclasses to sunset toasts and moonlit nightcaps, the Bar is the convivial heart of Amanyara.

Gathering around the table is a holiday ritual for many; no journey complete without the opportunity to share a nourishing meal together, inspired by the culinary traditions of the destination. At Amanyara, Turks and Caicos dining culture is at the heart of the experience, with several exceptional restaurants serving as the backdrop for long lunches and balmy nights al fresco.
At the Beach Club, a convivial atmosphere accompanies grilled meats, seafood, salads and small plates, served against the ocean breeze, while at the Restaurant, architectural elegance meets relaxed, Asian-inspired fine dining, enjoyed in the reflection of the resorts mirrored ponds. The Bar, with its soaring timber ceiling, is encircled by over-sized daybeds and terrace seating, perfect for a light lunch or aperitif.
