Dining at Aman New York

A landmark dining destination

Aman New York adds to the depth and lustre of Manhattan’s exceptional dining scene with signature Aman restaurants Arva and Nama. Celebrating the traditions of rustic Italian and Japanese “washoku” preparation with seasonal flare, Arva and Nama sit alongside the Lounge Bar, subterranean Jazz Club and a collection of alfresco dining terraces.

Aman New York’s culinary destinations, in the heart of NYC's Midtown, are currently open to hotel guests and Aman Club Founders only, with the exception of The Jazz Club.

Enhancing Midtown’s dining scene

A host of refined social spaces, designed to enhance Manhattan’s culinary outlook, beckon at Aman New York. Chief among them is all-day Arva, Aman’s convivial Italian restaurant guided by the pulse of the city, while Nama, another dining destination, delves into Japan’s culinary tradition of Washoku, with a dedicated Hinoki wood counter for Omakase experiences.

Elsewhere, the year-round Garden Terrace is primed for outdoor dining in Midtown Manhattan with its expansive rooftop bar, while the Wine Library and series of interconnecting private dining rooms overlook 56th Street and the city skyline. After dark, the underground, speakeasy-style Jazz Club is Midtown’s go-to for late-night libations and world-class live performances.
